The okada man allegedly shot by policemen yesterday is dead

The Okada man was trying to escape arrest from police men who were chasing him when one of them shot him in the chest. After the shooting, the policemen entered their van and sped off. Passersby then rushed the young man to a hospital where he later died!what is happening? our Nigerian police are not showing good examples oh.
