Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan and his wife, Roli Nere Uduaghan of 25 years, celebrated their wedding Silver Jubilee (25th anniversary) on Wednesday, Febrauary 20th, 2013 with a heart-warming renewal of marriage vows.
