Naomi Oni, 21, was scarred for life and almost blinded by the attack.
She suffered horrific burns to her head, eyes, neck, chest, arms and legs.
She was returning home from work at a shopping centre in Stratford, East London, and chatting to her boyfriend on the phone at the time.
The Met Police arrested a 21-year-old woman – who is not Ms Oni following reports the injuries may have been self-inflicted – and a 28-year-old man on Friday and Sunday respectively.
