Buhari replaces Head of Service, Kifasi with Winifred Oyo-Ita

President Buhari has replaced the immediate past Head of Service, with Winifred Oyo-Ita. Oyo-Ita, a native of Cross River, is currently the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Science and Technology. She is a trained chartered accountant.
