Actress Shirley Igwe appointed Gov. Okorocha's Principal Protocol

Governor Rochas Okorocha has appointed another actress into his cabinet, this time she is younger (just 25 years old).Shirley is working for the Government of Imo State as Gov. Rochas Okorocha's Principal Protocol Officer.
