Rita Dominic wore her gown and cape by House of Nwocha on Sunday September 1st, while Queen Maxima of the Netherlands wore hers by Dutch designer Jan Taminiau in April 2013 to her husband's inauguration,Actress Gywneth Paltrow wore hers by Tom Ford to the 2012 Oscars. Who rocked the outfit?
