A 10-year-old girl is officially facing charges for allegedly killing 3-month-old Brooklyn Foss-Greenaway .The 10-year-old’s mother was babysitting Brooklyn when the baby died.
Brooklyn’s mother says the girl drugged and suffocated her baby, and
the toxicologist found the same attention-deficit medication in her
baby’s body and the suspect’s system.
The 10-year-old suspect was charged with juvenile reckless or criminally negligent manslaughter last week.The suspect will be the youngest person in Maine to be charged with manslaughter. oh dear,what could have prompted her to suffocated a little baby.so sad!
