Dana Air files Affidavit to Support a Motion to end inquest into Crash

The airline company yesterday Thursday September 6th filed an affidavit to support a motion to halt the ongoing inquest into the cause of the crash that occurred on Sunday June 3rd June, killing 159 people.
The affidavit comes just a day after the Federal Government re-instated the airline's operating license, and a few days after a retired pilot, Dele Ore and the Civil Aviation Round Table Initiative, went to court to end the inquest on the basis that the Lagos State Coroners’ System Law is inapplicable to deaths arising from aviation accidents.
