Afghan Provincial Governor Killed In Blast

The governor of restive Logar Province, Arsala Jamal is dead. He was killed in a bomb blast this morning while delivering a speech at a local mosque on the first day of the Muslim holiday of Eid. Several others were killed and at least 20 people were injured in the blast
