Graphic photos: Black man sits down at the national mall and sets himself on fire

An unidentified man (later found to have mental illness) sat down at the National Mall in Washington DC, sprinkled fuel all over his body, and quietly set himself on fire. He didn't flinch from where he was sitting as the fire consumed him. Other people around the area had to come to his rescue but he suffered first degree burns
